Description

FISC, NNSY Maritime Industrial Branch, Hampton Roads Division, intends to procure on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302, under a firm fixed price contract with Beaird Company, Ltd., for reboiler tube sets. Award will be accomplished utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.. All deliverables to be FOB Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Attention: Receiving Officer, Building 276, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709-5000. The request for quote number is N00181-05-Q-0242 . The NAICS classification is 332410 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Responses must be received by 23 MAY 2005, 2:00 P.M. EST. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
