The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Information Handling Services a one year subscription to CyberRegs Connect, Environmental Standards Collection Title and the Safety and Health Standards Collection Title. CyberRegs Connect databases provides a unique set of data bases and reporting capabilities to support civil and criminal investigations. The Compliance Standards Solutions are available for both Safety and Environmental compliance to optimize Environmental Safety & Health programs or create an individual custom collection of standards to meet specific needs.
