Description

Headquarters, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Alexandria, Virginia intends to award a sole source contract with Dun and Bradstreet Inc. (D&B), utilizing the authority of FAR 6.302-1. To the best of the Contracting Officer's knowledge, D&B is the only source available to provide D&B company data, in conjunction with other business information and proprietary tools used to evaluate the financial and operational stability of up to 300 of the Department of Defense?s critical suppliers. Historical data beginning with the year 1999 is required; to include a year-end snapshot of the D&B captured information for each company. Award will be based on the best value technically acceptable. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTATION. However, if a company has reason to believe that it can meet or exceed all the needs of DCMA for this requirement, it may submit documentation to support its claim.
