Description

This solicitation is for an indefinite quantity contract, with a 2-year base period and three one year option periods, for 31 NSNs that comprise the windows for the Landing Cushion Air Craft (LCAC). All NSNs have a source controlled drawing (53711 625-6981359) and as of the date of this solicitation only the source(s) cited on the drawing have been approved. The estimated value of this contract is $1.6M and a list of the proposed NSNs is below. All offers from responsible sources will be considered. Numbered notes 8 and 26 apply. Notice to Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item I, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitations in the near future.
