Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Atlanta, Georgia has a requirement for Video and audio equipment emergency repair, inspection and preventive maintenance. Sources are being sought for emergency repair, inspection and preventive maintenance service of video and audio equipment for the Medical Center. Source must be qualified to perform emergency repair, inspection and preventive maintenance of all video and audio equipment. Any firm that believes that it can perform these services must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer, Susie Jones, VA Medical Center, 1 Freedom Way, Bldg., 110, Augusta, Georgia 30904, within seven days from date of publication of this synopsis. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the VA Medical Center will proceed with a sole source negotiation with Technical Innovation, LLC, the only known source qualified to work on this equipment.
