Description: The Contractor shall provide all 80-watt holmium laser system equipment, all related holmium laser disposable supplies, and one technician in accordance with the specifications contained herein, on an as needed basis. Prices include delivery, set up, any and all urologic probes, laser danger signs, laser safety eyewear and services of an insured, factory trained laser operator. Services shall be performed at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHS) 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, TX 76504. The contract effective period shall be for the base period May 23, 2005 through May 22, 2006, with four (4) one-year optional renewal periods. **This is a Total Small Business Set Aside**
