Description

Classification Code: 6513 Description for synopsize IFF Housing for Student Pilots. Provide all management, labor, equipment, vehicles, tools, and supplies necessary, except government-provided items, to ensure a quality mid-level commercial lodging establishment on private non-government owned land. Services are performed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the designated property. The property must consist of lodging 90 student pilots on a rotating schedule of seven weeks throughout the year. Four (4) bedroom units approximately 20-30 minute commute time, under normal driving conditions from Moody AFB will be required. The facilities must be within close proximity of each other and must all be standardized in furnishings, appliances and design. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA4830-05-R-0011 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System is 531110. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6513. The contract will be for a basic period of one year (1 Oct 05-30 Sep 06) with four one-year options. This solicitation is a competitive RFP and award will be based on commercial procedures found in FAR Part 12.
