Description

The purpose of this contract is to install bridge and approach railings on Lower Coffee Creek and Sunshine Creek Bridges and place additional embankment for approach rails. The project area is located on the Kake road system, Kupreanof Island, Southeast Alaska. Kake is accessible via Alaska Marine Highway System. The estimated price range for this acquisition is $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is 180 calendar days. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps website on or about June 1, 2005 for viewing and printing. Potential offerors are requested to obtain the solicitation from the Internet if at all possible. Alternatively, a hard copy of the solicitation documents may be requested via fax at 907.228.6254. Fax requests should reference solicitation KTN-05-45. Telephone requests will not be honored. Offers will be due approximately 21 calendar days after the solicitation issue date. AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION: By registering to receive notification on posted synopses, you will be automatically notified via email of any changes to the project. To register, select Register to Receive Notification and follow the steps. Follow the same procedure for EACH project. PLAN HOLDERS LISTS: The Interested Vendors List (IVL) has replaced the plan Holders Lists that was previously available with solicitation packages. Follow this procedure for EACH project of interest.
