**************PRESOLICITATION NOTICE************** Washington State, Skamania County Yellowjacket Road Decommission 1.Removal of all cross drains and installation of cross ditches to divert road surface water flow. 2.Removal of existing bridge on FR 2810.045 and decommissioning of all associated roads beyond the bridge crossing (FR 2810.045, 2810.046, 2810.047, 2810.677, 2810.678 and 2810.679). 3.Removal of culverts and restoration of stream channels to their natural slope and width through existing road crossings (FR 2800.044, 2809.000, 2809.014, 2810.045, 2810.046, 2810.047). 4.Scarification of road surfaces to eliminate compaction (FR 2800.635, 2810.035, 2810.040, 2810.677, 2810.678 and 2810.679). 5.Pull-back any unstable road fills and place material in a stable location and configuration 6.Installation of large boulder berms at each road junction to prevent use by motorized vehicles; Govt Est $25K to $100K Contract Time: 60 days Est.
