- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Maine Army National Guard is interested in purchasing 1800 cases of writing paper, 25% or greater of Recycled Content is acceptable, size: 8-1/2 x 11 , 20lb basis weight, Smooth, Long Grain, 84% Brightness. 10 reams per case. This is 100% Small Busin ess Set Aside, the NAICS Code is 424110, and the SIC: 5111. The Government reserves the right to unilaterally increase or decrease the approximate quantity at award for additional cases ordered based on available of funds. Delivery Location is the Augusta , Maine, zip code is 04333-0032 Due to the security restriction on post, the vendor will need to contact the Maine Army National Guard for complete driving instructions, and the vendor will be provided location, date and time when delivery can be made, the truck will need to be escorted to the proper location.
