The awardee shall have Central Contractor Registration at the time of award. The registration can be accomplished at the website: http://www.ccr.gov No oral or written requests for the solicitation package will be honored . The package can be downloaded from the website: https://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil This requirement is a small business set aside and is estimated between $10,000.00 and $60,000.00.
