- Description
- This project will entail the collection of stand examination data for the Black Hills National Forest. Information shall be collected as outlined in Chapter 4 of the Common Stand Exam User Guide and region specific appendices. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed priced, Performanced Based Service Contract with the possibility of multiple awards if in the Governments best interests. The NAICS Code is 115310 with a size standard of $6M. The solicitation for this project will be posted around 2 June 2005. Request for Quote procedures will be utilized for award. Numbered Note 1 applies. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
