Description: Solicitation consists of planting container grown 1.0 seedlings (removed from containers and shipped in boxes, 10 to 20 to a plastic bag) on 350 acres in the Sacramento Ranger District of the Lincoln National Forest, New Mexico. Trees will be planted by hand using hand tools for site and planting hole preparation. The Contractor is responsible for providing their own tansportation. Daily the contractor shall pick up the trees to be planted that day and deliver them to the planting sites. The vehicle used shall protect seedlings from drying out or getting too hot. Contractor shall provide all tools, planting bags, safety equipment, supervision and transportation for a crew large enough to complete planting in a 31 day period.
