Sytex shall maintain ownership, operate, inspect, maintain and repair all structural, mechanical, electrical, and other building operations systems. Maintenance and repair includes but is not limited to fo undations, structural components, roofs, exterior and interior finishes, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, HVAC, water and sewage systems, elevators, and fire suppression.
