- "This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane." This acquisition is for a minimum quantity of 1,155 BX (1,640 cartridges per wirebound box)/maximum quantity of 58,072 BX of 5.56mm 77 grain long range ammunition, AA53 MK 262 MOD 1, manufactured in accordance with NSWC specification DS/4083/C02/1273. A quantity of 3,100 sample cartridges is required at solicitation closing for Government testing. Delivery of minimum quantity is required F.O.B. NSWC Crane 47522 within 90 days after award. Inspection and acceptance will be at source by a Government representative. Selection for award will be based on technical, past performance and price. Offers that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. This will be a 5-year, Firm-Fixed price, Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the Agency. This solicitation will be available to download via WWW on the Naval Surfa! ce Warfare Center Crane Division homepage at www.crane.navy.mil. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
