Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to award a sole source contract to the Dow Jones News Service for the provision of electronic access to in-depth real-time business/financial, economic, and political news on topics related to North American and global equities. This award will consist of a base year and four option years, starting: July 01, 2005 through June 30, 2010. Dow Jones is the only known source that possesses the historical database capability required by the SEC. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement. Interested parties may however, submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide this service, which may be considered by the agency. No other information will be provided for this requirement.
