Description

NOTICE OF INTENT: The Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to issue a purchase order to Chemical Strategies Partnership (CSP). DSCR has been tasked to lead DLA in a test pilot program to transform the chemical supply chain through reductions in chemical use, waste, and costs. CSP shall provide expert consultation services to help promote the economic and environmental benefits associated with improved chemical management services in order to fulfill this requirement. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been certified, justified, and approved for CSP. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. If no affirmative responses are received with fifteen days from date this synopsis is published, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the acquisition to CSP. No solicitation is available. Closing date is June 3, 2005.
