Description

Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Procurement and Grants Office (Atlanta) has a requirement for the development of a set of core data elements related specifically to deaths involving initimate partner violence (IPV). The successful contractor will identify the data elements and present to CDC for approval of the additional data elements and data sources that should be apart of the IPV module. The contractor will design and administer a survey to funded states to determine lab testing procedures. Technical questions may be sent to the Contract Specialist e-mail address or fax number contained herein, until fifteen (15) days after issuance of the Request for Proposal (RFP). No telephone requests will be accepted. The entire scope of work requirements, period of performance, and evaluation factors will be addressed in the soliciation. The RFP will be available electronically only. The RFP will be available on or about 15 days after the issuance of this synopsis. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking this website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided.
