- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of a 3 each. Exhaust Filter Systems for the West Desert Test Center located at U.S. Arm y, Dugway Proving Ground, Utah installation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the Governments requirements. This combine d synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: Three (3) exhaust filter systems: 1) Blower and exhaust stack. 2) Plenum section and mounting rack, dampers, etc. 3) SAFEMOD filter, 99.99%. This equipment would be mounted on a concrete/woode n pad near a trailer and would have three flexible exhaust connections, one 10 long and two 30 long. It would exhaust approximately six (6) 700cfm in total, with balancing dampers at the unit to balance the air between the three rooms to assure the same cfm out of each room. The blower is sized to provide for 700cfm at 40inch w.g. The air would be filtered through a SAFEMOD, 99.99% EFF, prior to being discharged. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 333314 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
