- NAICS Code: 335314 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Rosemount Analytical Inc., 1201 N Main Street, Orrville, OH 44667 for the acquisition of seven hydrocarbon analyzer(400A) and pumps. The hydrocarbon analyzers are to replace aging analyzer that are now integrated into our current analysis system, They must be Rosemount 400A analyzer so that the control software written in house that integrates the system to other function of the Meteorological Wind Tunnel will function properly and so that the sample train plumbing is appropriate for the instruments requirement. In order to ensure data compatibility and accuracy the circumstance permitting "other than full and open competition" is FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements". The intent of this notice is to determine if any other source(s) exist, and therefore, no solicitation (RFQ) is available. Consequently, any response failing to provided the aforementioned data and instead choosing to merely submit a routine letter requesting a copy of the RFQ will be ignored. Interested parties who can meet the above requirements may submit written qualification statements, fully explaining their capability no later than 15 days after the date of this publication.
