Description

This is a Sources Sought Synopsis only. This synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of the 16th Contracting Squadron to conduct Market Research in accordance with FAR Part 10. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Quote, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any private sector input as a result of this market survey. To assist us, the Air Force requests the following information from potential offerors: (1) What is your company name, point of contact, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address? (2) What is your business classification (e.g., large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, etc.)? (3) What type of corporate experience do you have that is similar to the type of work described above? (4) How many years of corporate experience does your firm have with requirements of this nature? (5) Does your firm have a current GSA contract to cover this service? Respondents will not be notified of the results of this survey or results of information submitted. This effort is to seek qualified sources capable of providing the following type of rental vehicles at the delivery location identified below. VEHICLE TYPES: Mid Size Sedans, Full Size Trucks, and Mini-Vans The Contracting Officer will evaluate equal products on the basis of information furnished by the offeror or identified in the offer and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the offer.
