Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-05-Q-A025 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. NAICS Code is 334111. Small business size standard is 1000 Employees. The government intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to AVID Technology, Inc., 1101 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Ste 600, Washington DC 20004, for the purchase of: 1 ea MediaDock Ultra 320 0 3.6TB in 12-Drive Chassis, AVID P/N 0010-07553-01 and 3 ea 4-pk of MediaDock Ultra 320 300GB Drives AVID P/N 0020-03058-01.
