- This requirement is for a 5-year, requirements-type contract for portable, trailer-mounted load banks in accordance with the Purchase Description PD04WRLEEG41, dated 16 August 2004 and the corresponding Statement of Work for the same purchase description, dated 7 April 2005. This requirement will consist of one basic period of 12 months and 4 annual options with best estimated quantities. There is no minimum or maximum order amount established. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business participation only. FAR 12 procedures will be employed with first production units required in addition to data requirements such as technical manuals and instructional media. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will utilize the Technically Acceptable, Risk Performance Price Trade-off (TA-RPPT) procedures, and will evaluate proposals and make award in accordance with the "Evaluation Basis for Award" provision in the RFP.
