- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 6695-00-081-1985, NPG05119000874, Transducer Motional in accordance with, General Electric Company Cage: 99207, Drawing No.5010T90 Rev N, P/N 5010T90P01. Another source is New Rosemount Aerospace Inc., Cage: 60678 P/N 384477. This is a Definite Quantity Request for 110 each for the base and no quantity option. This is a Navy Identified Flight Safety Critical Safety Item. No technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. This requirement will be issue as Unrestricted Other Than Full And Open Competition. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Delivery is as important as price. Award decision will be made based upon a combination of delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB at Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin.
