Description

Contractor shall provide personnel, space,equipment, supplies, tools and materials for bubble-wrap packaging of Pharmaceutical Medications provided by the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System (VASLCHCS) for eligible Veterans located at the VASLCHCS in B-47. Perscriptions shall be packaged for a 7 to 14 supply based on directions for use. The contractor shall pick-up patient specific medications within 4 hours after notification by the VASLCHCS pharmacy. The contractor shall return the medications to VASLCHCS within 24 hours after pick-up. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial procurement in accordance with Far Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial items and in accordance with Far Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation.
