Description: On or about the 7 of June the US Army Corps of Engineers will be issuing a solicitation to remove and replace (8) underwatering and sump pumps in the power plant. Four of these pumps are rated at 5000 gpm, and the other four pumps are rated at 500gpm each. The cost of equipment in this contract wil be approximately 65% of the total cost of the contract. There will be some piping removal and replacement associated with each of these pumps. There will also be a minor amount of electrical wiring required to install the new pumps.
