Description

PORTER COUNTY, INDIANA The work of this project consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to construct a restroom, parking lot and associated facilities at Porter Beach within Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Porter, Indiana. The work includes, but is not limited to: construdt a 600 sq. ft. wood frame restroom/storage building, construct an asphalt surfaced 30 car parking lot, landscape features, including native plant material, solar lighting, benches, footwash, concrete walk and plaza, connection to municipal water line, and construction/installation of septic tank, lift station and leach field. Magnitude of project: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00.
