Description

The US General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest regarding the leasing of office and related space consisting of between 14,000 to 18,000 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield approximately 11,000 to 13,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by the Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The offered space must be on one floor. This space is to be located within the following delineated area: Northern AND Southern boundaries: along E. 161st Street, East: Morris Ave. (Concourse Village East), West: River Avenue. The lease term will be ten (10) years, cancelable by the Government after the fifth year. Expressions of interest should include the following information: 1. Building name and address, 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot.
