- MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATION ONLY If you own or control existing space or can provide space such as described below and are interested in leasing to USDA Forest Service, please submit complete information to the office noted below. This is a SURVEY only and is NOT to be construed as an invitation for firm proposals or offers. A response hereto does NOT obligate the respondent or the Government in any way. This survey is solely for the purpose of determining if space is available or can be made available. LOCATION: Cuba, New Mexico, in the city limits and surrounding area DESCRIPTION: Approximately 5700 square feet of usable office area in a Class A building meeting current codes and regulations, parking for 50 employees, and appropriate visitor parking. RECEIPT OF RESPONSES: Respond by June 7th if interested. Responses shall include the estimated annual rental rate and the proposed property location.
