Description

DESCRIPTION This is a combined sypnosis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24, Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20040113 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2004-0302, and can be obtained at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The Bid Schedule shall be for: q.ty 01 MOBILE RADIOGRAPHIC SYSTEM, 220V/50H, P/N AMX-4 PLUS, MFR: GE MEDICAL SYSTEM OR EQUAL The successful offeror shall be current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. The successful offeror will be required to submit Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Information.
