- The CBP seeks a contractor/business partner to support Customs and Border Protection, Air Interdiction Programs in the development of a Night Vision Goggle (NVG) kit to modify twelve (12) MI-8 helicopters for nighttime flying in Uzbekistan. Product development services will include, but not be limited to, project management, scope identification, performance reporting, product development, production process, logistics and life cycle maintenance. These helicopters are located in the country of Uzbekistan. It may be assumed that all work would be performed in the country of Uzbekistan.
