- Description: See numbered notes 12. NSN 2530-01-305-1639 to be procured in accordance with Meritor Heavy Vehicle Systems (78500) P/N A73222A1769. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQTC) with an estimated annual quantity of 380 (Sets of 4 items). The FOB point is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Requested delivery 150 days shipped to various CONUS stock locations. This requirement is Unrestricted. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFQ/ on its issue date 6/9/05. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A written quote is required to be returned to the address in block 5 of the RFQ by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in Section M of the solicitation.
