- The Government intends to purchase on a sole source basis a quantity of 25 software licenses and a one (1) maintenance agreement from TopVue, Inc., 1436 S. Legend Hills Drive, Suite 300, Clearfield UT 84015-1586. The maintenance agreement provides one-year of product maintenance, which includes technical support by telephone, fax, e-mail, and Internet; and entitles the customer to all software updates, corrections, and new releases during the period the product support subscription is in effect. If your company can meet these requirements mentioned above, submit the information not later than close of business on 06JUNE2005. See NOTE 22.
