Description

Andersen Air Force Base has a requirement for Transportation and Supply Services. The RFP will be posted early June 2005. Approximately three weeks after the RFP is posted, a two day site visit will be conducted on Andersen Air Force Base. The solicitation will state the exact days and instructions for attendance. The period of performance is currently forecasted to begin with a phase-in period of 1 January to 31 March 2006. The base period of performance is forecasted as 1 April 2006 through 30 September 2006, with four 12 month option periods. This contract will afford the contractor opportunities to extend the contract period of up to an additional three years under the Award Term Incentive. All potential sources shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered eligible for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210, Facility Support Services and the corresponding SIC Code is 8744, with the small business size standard not to exceed $30 Million. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be distributed solely on the Federal Business Opportunities website, or FedBizOps at www.eps.gov. We will not issue paper copies of the RFP.
