Description

M22 Binocular NSN: 1240-01-361-1318; M24 Binocular NSN: 1240-01-499-3547. The requirements are for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum guaranteed quantity of 7,000 for the M22 Binocular and a minimum quar anteed quantity of 2,000 for the M24 Binocular. An estimated production option quantity of up to 51,000 for the M22 Binocular and an estimated production option quantity of up to 50,000 for the M24 Binocular will be included. This will be a best value so licitation. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date of this solicitation is 15 June 2005. Compliance with ISO 9001:2000 is required. The specification and performance requirement for a laser protection filter array will be contained in a separate class ified addendum to the solicitation. In order to obtain a complete solicitation package, a facility clearance at the Secret level will be required. This solicitation and any amendments will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a) (7 ) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. It is therefor e incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
