- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest Division Specialty Center Contract Core Code AQN00 Port Hueneme, CA 93043 intends to award on a Sole Source basis to Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District (MDAQMD) of Victorville, CA92392-2231.
