Description

The Government intends to procure ADT supplies and services to include: Informaix License ADT970079001, 1 LO; IBM RISC Server with AIX, 1 LO; and all miscellaneous material as prescribed in statement of work. Total installation labor, including programming, testing and training, 1 each, as required Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Business Support Division, 1968 Gilbert Street, Suite 600, Norfolk, VA This requirement is intended to be sole source to ADT Security, Torrance, Ca. due to current system being under warranty in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil. This office will no longer issue hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the contractor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to so represent may be grounds for refusing to accept the quote. The solicitation will close on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at 13:00. Number notes 22 apply.
