Description: Dry cleaning and laundry drop-off and pick-up (only) lease available, in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building (formerly the Old Executive Office Building). Space is currently being constructed conforming with the building standards. All tenants will have to do is move in. Approximately 200 square feet of space. Initial occupancy will be under a GSA License and the Licensee must be a U.S. citizen.
