- Description
- The U. S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from selected contractors for the removal and replacement of the existing roof at the General Mail Facility located at Redding, CA. This facility is approximately 116,334 sq. ft. The project is to be completed in 90 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $450,000-$500,000. This is an owned facility. The proposal must contain the offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. The minority subcontracting goal for this contract will be 11%. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award.
