Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number F2C3XG5091A500 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26. (iv) This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. NAICS code is 333292 and small business size standard 500 employees. (v) This requirement is for one line item CLIN 0001: 9 Needle, One Head, Embroidery Machine (MFR Part #BE901E). See attached specifications for further item details. (vi) Quantity is one, and unit of issue is Each. (vii) FOB is destination.
