Description

Amendment 003. This combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby amended to change the Response Date from May 27, 2005, 1P, local time to June 16, 2005, 1P, local time and pending issuance of an additional amendment to respond to technical questions. R esponses received after the above date and time shall be handled IAW 52 .212-1. Offers previously submitted require verification of extension of offer using the same instructions below for offer submission. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The initial CSS published April 7, 2005, without description. Amendments were posted as Special Notice USA-S NOTE-050408-002, April 08, 2005 (Amendment 001), and Amendment to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Posted Date: May 19, 2005 (Amendment 002). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-MAY-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
