Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Artesia, NM intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for the following item: Ammunition, 155 grain, .40 Smith & Wesson caliber, jacketed hollow point (J.H.P.), Federal No. XM40HB, (1000 rounds per case) - 1000 Cases. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following FAR Clauses apply to the Synopsis/Solicitation and any subsequent award: 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications; 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial; 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders--Commerical Items; 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration.
