Synopsis of Proposed Procurement Response Date: Friday 2:00 PM.,June 14, 2005 Contracting Office Address: Defense Contracting Command-Washington, 5200 Army-Pentagon Washington, DC 20310-5200 Subject: This synopsis is for Management Services to implement the employee and supervisor versions of the Army Civilian Attitude Survey. Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W) will use the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541611 with a size standard of $6,000,000 and the Federal Supply Class of R699. All work to be performed will be in accordance with the Statement of Work which can be downloaded with the solicitation, W74V8H-05-T-0182, from the DCC-W website at ht tp://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/Services.htm. Management services to implement the employee and supervisor versions of the Army Civilian Attitude Survey. Includes technical assistance in web-survey design and development, data analysis, production of feedback reports, guides to interpreting results and action planning, identifying key drivers of employee and supervisor satisfaction, and translation services. This requirement has a desired period of performance from 1 July 2005 through 30 June 2006 with four (4) additional option years through 30 Jun e 2010. Offerors are reminded to show pricing for the base year and each of the four option years. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail only to the following address: Ronald.Blue@hqda.army.mil.
