Description

The following announcement serves as a Synopsis of a planned procurement and notification that a solicitation will be posted online at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/Services.htm in the future. This is a synopsis only, and proposals should N OT be submitted until indicated by the final solicitation notice. The United States Army requires the services of a professional agency to furnish the supplies, capabilities, and services customarily provided by a full-service and/or consortium advertising agency in order to support personnel acquisition and retention pr ograms throughout the Army. The foregoing objectives will be accomplished through a competitively awarded Firm Fixed Price (FFP) five-year contract issued by the Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W) commencing on 30 September 2005. The Contractor shall provide a full range of services from development of a tactical advertising strategy through the production of a wide-range of advertising formats, i.e., TV, radio, print media, Internet, direct, event marketing, etc. As part of this effort, the contractor shall be expected to satisfy the following specific Army requirements: planning and executing advertising, promotional, and publicity programs to support all personnel acquisition and retention programs of the United States Army, mas s media and advertising activities.
