Description

NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA). FA2550-05-T-1001. The 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever Air Force Base intends to award on a sole source basis a Fixed Price contract to maintain the Central Plant Computer System (CPCS)in building 600 on Schriever AFB, CO to Electric Power Inc. They designed and installed the system and hold proprietary rights. All technical criteria required by above action must be met. Required Delivery: 3 Jan 05 to 30 September 2007 (basic plus two option periods) to the 50 CES/CEO, building 600 on Schriever AFB, CO 80912. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by 22 December 2004. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within five (5) days of this announcement. North American Industrial Classification Standard 541513, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-DEC-2004).
