- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Synopsis/Solicitation FA8751-05-Q-0470 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed-priced order incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02 and DFARS Change Notice DCN 20050323. Additional information may be obtained at the FedBizOpps. See http://farsite.hill.af.mil for the full text of all provisions and clauses incorporated by reference herein. The NAICS code is 334516 for this acquisition with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Please submit a quote for the following brand name or equal item. ITEM 1: Model No. QG532-050-S2, Manufacturer: CrystaLaser, Diode pumped CrystaLaser system including 100-240 VAC power supply, Wavelength: 532 nm output 50 mW, TEMoo mode, Single longitudinal mode with long coherence length of > 1 meter. Quote FOB Destination and include warranty terms. A single vendor must furnish all items. Partial awards will not be considered. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies; provide with your quotation all the data requested by Far 52.212.1. Failure to do so may eliminate you from consideration for award. Award will be made based on price of a technically acceptable product. See the EPS.
