Description

This request for Proposal(RFP)is for a Construction Contract to Upgrade Elevators at the Interstate Commerce Commission & Environmental Protection Agency East and West Buildings. The estimated cost range is $1,000,000.00 to $6,000,000.00, the NAICS Code is 236220. This solicitation is not set aside for small businesses. However, this procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Program. Woman-Owned businesses are encouraged to submit a bid and so state that they are woman-owned. The solicitation date will be May 24, 2005. The General Services Administration is ONLY issuing this solicitation electronically. You may access the solicitation documents at the Federal Business Opportunties Web Site Home Page: http://www.eps.gov. However, the construction project drawings will be available at the General Services Administration, National Capital Region, Regional Office Building, Bid Room, Room 1065, 7th & D Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20407, at a non-refundable cost of $10.00 per copy. Payment should be made by check or money order, payable to General Services Administration. A reciept will be issued for the payment. Please reference the Solicitation Number when requesting the drawing.
