Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to negotiate a sole source award with I-SAFE America, Inc. to provide an age-appropriate Internet Safety training curriculum to all its students in grades K-12. The curriculum must be in compliance with the Child Internet Safety Legislation, 2002 and the new federal law, the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA). Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within the response period below will be considered by the government in its competitive procurement determination. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
