PN D69-01J Boeing/Whittaker PN 10-2499-2 T.O. 15A2-2-38-3, 4810-00-706-0266 Whittaker PN 121535-1 T.O. 15A2-2-52-83 4810-00-370-6403 Whittaker PN 739207A Boeing/Hamilton Sundstrand PN L5361652-001 T.O. 9H8-3-113-3, These are butterfly-type powered valves in air service with electro-mechanical and/or pneumatic actuators, valve body diameters from 2-1/2 inches to 6 inches, maximum operating pressures from 14.5 PSIG to 150 PSIG, maximum operating temperatures from 100 degrees F to 890 degrees F. Aggregate ranges of eight quarter average mean time between demand is 720 to 5375 hours, and twelve month mean time between failure is 760 to 2200 hours. We desire non-developmental, adaptable components with state-of-the-art technology that are form and function compliant with minimal integration and fit differences. We are searching for improved reliability, maintainability and increased Mean Time Between Failure on these items.
