Description

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) sources sought for the following project: Provide and install a 6,500 gallons per day Wastewater Treatment System at the U.S. Border Station, Highgate Springs, Vermont. Decommission the existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). Convert the existing WWTP to a storage and workshop-type space to be used by an on site maintenance contractor. Modify existing sludge holding and effluent holding tanks to a two-stage septic tank system. A re-circulating sand filter system is included. Remove existing piping within the spray application system. Install various pumps and increase the sewer line size to enhance system. Estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS Code is 237110. This is not a synopsis. Interested SDVO firms should submit qualifications and references to the Contracting Officer via e-mail by Friday, 5/13/05.
